Ms. Caster was actually the second attorney I had throughout my family law case, and I never regretted moving my case to her. Throughout my experiences with Ms Caster I was constantly impressed with her level of professionalism in spite of not always being treated with respect by opposing counsel and... her dedication to my case. She always showed up prepared and ready to do what was needed to get the results we wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable and always took great care of my paperwork, my requests and my needs. I also really appreciated the guidance she gave me. If I was out of line or on track to do something that may have not been in my childs best interest, she would tell me so. She was extremely realistic and helped me set my expectations and requests in appropriate manners, as well as always ensuring that my child had the best possible outcome in every situation we went to court for. She is not just another attorney among many in a large firm. She handled every email, or phone call and knew my case because she didn't delegate my work to someone else and have me charged for them to read my work as well as for her to approve it. She was flexible with payments, did not push an extremely high retainer and was the best person I could have imagined working with in the extremely stressful and challenging time.

I couldn't have asked for a better person to take care of my case. Andrea knew what to do and how to do it, no hesitation. I am also a person who bends over backwards and tends to "cave" and Andrea would have me do no such thing. Not only is she an attorney, but she is a counselor on how to handle co...urt and domestic violence situations, in my case, verbal. She saved my life and my son;s life and there will never be a way proper way to repay her. As long as I stay strong, do what the court orders say, and take care of my boy, that will be a start.

Originally I requested her to assist me with a child support case, but I have since requested her help several times since and have always been grateful of her knowledge and cool demeanor. I was very nervous going into the whole ordeal, but she reassured me and kept me informed about each step. I app...reciated the fact that she was personally present when I needed her at court hearings, for concerns that I had, and more... not a representative from a busy firm that didn't know my case. I was able to sit in during an informal meeting with opposing council before we went into court and I was in awe. She had already prepared me prior to the court date for the things that the attorney would say (example: the father would like visitation) and she didn't bat an eye or miss a beat in her responses (he was welcome to file the correct paperwork and we'd comply with the wishes of the court). She told me that he'd probably never pursue it and she was right. Not only did I feel secure through the entire proceedings, but due to Mrs Caster, the outcome of the case was very favorable. I continue to seek her council to this day and if I should ever have to step in the courtroom again, she is the only person I'd want by my side. I highly and enthusiastically recommend her services and remain grateful for the good things she has done for my family.
