B. Bryan Mashian

Attorney Bryan Mashian is a shareholder in our Los Angeles office and former chair of our real estate group. He focuses his practice on issues related to the leasing, buying, selling, exchanging, developing and financing of commercial real estate, including loan modifications.

A Strong Background in Commercial Law and Litigation

Mr. Mashian received his law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles. During his tenure there, he served as editor of the UCLA Law Review and has also served as an adjunct UCLA professor, teaching real estate law courses.
