As a practicing attorney in California since 1969, I have 17 years of valuable business experience negotiating and drafting thousands of business contracts and leases, supervising other lawyers, and managing a wide range of litigation when I was in charge of the Corporate law department at Capitol Records, Inc. I also was a trial lawyer for the United States Department of Justice for 5 years. I was educated a the University of California in Los Angeles and have both a BA and JD degree from UCLA.
