Greedy, rude and unprofessional vultures

Towards the end of December, I hired this "company", JT Legal, to help me with a foreclosure mess that my lender caused. in January Adaure had filed a joke of a lawsuit that was lacking correct info or knowledge of what was going on. In May Maaz had filed a demurrer to stop the auction of my home. I... Called often as I want to say I heard of it but they were busy doing other things and continued to ignore me. So why am I paying for them to be ignoring me during that time. I was never really informed of what was being done. The first "lawyer" I was assigned never really talked to me dispute my calls. She was always in a meeting. This lawyer, Adaure, did not call at the appointed times to discuss my case nor was she able to get it done in a timely manner. She told me to call if she forgot. Took almost a month, $2000 in these peoples pocket they tend to drag things out. She apparently quit and I had no idea until I called in to speak with her and got transferred to Mr. Mohammed Masz. He is incredibly unprofessional and definitely not knowledgeable about the law he is practicing. He raised his voice at me while acting superior in tone and attitude. He was obviously frustrated that he was being called out. He was EXTREMELY mad when I asked about his bar number and how long since he had graduated. To date a year out of school. Anyways, One Saturday he phone Maaz called fishing around for payment acting like he wanted to see if I was willing to negotiate on how much I would pay extra on the mortgage to clear up the mess. Nome as always dude. "Why aren't you paying me because would you don't work for free. Why would I?” “ our calculations say you have this much every month leftover so where's our money.” Soon after I received an email from Michael A. “dear NON paying client, here we go again, according to his calculations, I should have roughly $10,000 put side. Pay us. The rest of this email got the details of my case absolutely 100% wrong. So much so that I called freaked out.. Mr. Mike, he did not even know my case But here he was demanding his monFinallyey. Then they threatened to drop my case, even though I'm in about $9k in 5 months at this point. So instead, I dropped them. Rude, greedy and unprofessional not to mention vultures who prey on people in distress. The only phone calls I received from them was asking for payment, which felt like harassment as they knew that I paid them twice a month. December i paid a $3500 retainer + $500 for court filing fees. Then i'm paying $2000 flat fee for services every month, even though they have not worked on my case. Plus refused to give itemized statement of charges for services rendered. I asked and asked. The “ invoice” I got said: Consulting ............. $2000. Stamped: PAID or BILL. Joke right? They had not by any means used $2000 every month while my case was waiting for court. They couldn't even give me an invoice that showed me what they were doing. They did, however, provide that itemized statement to my credit card when I disputed the charges after the fact. Never yo me. They are a joke to the point that the mortgage company's lawyer laughed at their attempt to sue Loan Depot. Even said it was unprofessional, lacking and incorrect. I have asked for a refund as services were not re served. They pretended to do a job that would have caused me to lose my home. Glad I caught on before that happened. I did a better job then they did, as I am now once again the owner of my home. So how about a full refund? Refund ny parents too. All I could do was file with the CA and US attorney generals. Their turn will come to be dealt with by the right people.
