Friendly, professional, and helped us with our business contract in a very timely manner

My business partner and I needed an advisory agreement drafted for a new advisor to our startup. We reached out to Eliot per a recommendation from a friend. His price to draft the document was incredibly reasonable. Eliot was very professional and prompt and allowed us to go back and forth to create ...multiple drafts until we had a contract to our liking. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing formal contracts drafted for their business.

Excellent work for Advisor Agreement

Eliot was very professional and forthcoming when helping us draft an advisory agreement for our company. Despite the advisory agreement seeming relatively standard and straightforward, Eliot carefully explained each provision and carefully took our requests into consideration. He was proactive in con...tacting us with new ideas, and our agreement was delivered, as promised, in a timely fashion.
