When you get into an accident, it seems that everyone you know, knows a lawyer. I am sure that some of the lawyers I spoke to could have helped me. But I'm happy that I chose Hamed and his staff to assist me. My cousin and I were rear-ended on the 405 freeway. I listened to Hamed and followed his ad...vice. Although at times it seemed like a rocky road, but his persistence and aggressive oh I should say tenacious desire to get the maximum settlement for me won the insurance carrier over. I'm forever grateful to Hamed for sticking by my side and not letting me give up.

I switched to this attorney from another law firm. Immediately I could tell that they did everything more efficiently. I know that things take longer to settle, especially when dealing with insurance companies. But this law firm was able to get me the $100k policy limits of the guy that rear-ended m...e. My only recommendation is to choose your doctors wisely. My first attorney referred me to a doctor who was not very helpful. This law firm help me find a doctor that was a pain management specialist. Thank God for them. Overall I had a wonderful experience in dealing with this law firm.

This lawyer destroyed my case. I was rear ended, 10k worth of vehicle damages he was able to get NOTHING! He dragged on the case, lazy, and put zero effort. I had to call him many many times in order find out details. In the end nothing prevailed I gave up! even with all the chiropractic visits and o...ther medical examinations. Biggest mistake was to pick up the phone and give this guy a call.

It started out slow, but it ended up OK. After three days in the hospital, i was amazed at the level of malfeasance that insurance companies show. I guess unless you are dead or dying, everything is soft tissue, whatever that is. At the end of the and a six month ordeal, i got what I was told is t...he policy limits in the amount of $100,000.00. I still think my injuries were worth more, but thats all the money in the other guys policy. The moral of the story is make sure you drive with sufficient insurance if you drive. All in all, at the end of the day, we are great full to this lawyer and his staff.

WHAT CAN I SAY. FROM THE BEGINNING MY HUSBAND AND I WERE SKEPTICAL TO HIRE A LAWYER. WE SPOKE TO THE ADJUSTER FROM 21ST CENTURY INS., WHO SEEMED NICE AND ALL. BUT WHEN WE SENT HER ALL OUR MEDICAL BILLS, IT TURNED NASTY. SHE TOLD US THAT THE ACCIDENT WAS TO SMALL FOR IT TO HAVE CAUSED ANY "SIGNIFI...CANT INJURY" AND THAT MAYBE MY HUSBAND WAS FAKING IT. WHEN WE HIRED HAMED, EVERYTHING CHANGED. ALTHOUGH WE STOOPED GOING TO THE DOCTOR, THE MEDICAL FACILITY HE REFERRED MY HUSBAND TO WAS EXCELLENT. ALL IN ALL, WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW HE DID IT, OR WHAT HE DID, BUT HE GOT US THE ENTIRE POLICY LIMITS IN THE YOUNG GIRLS INS. ALL I KNOW IS THAT IF YOU GET INTO AN ACCIDENT, YOU NEED A LAWYER.
