It started out slow, but it ended up OK. After three days in the hospital, i was amazed at the level of malfeasance that insurance companies show. I guess unless you are dead or dying, everything is soft tissue, whatever that is. At the end of the and a six month ordeal, i got what I was told is t...he policy limits in the amount of $100,000.00. I still think my injuries were worth more, but thats all the money in the other guys policy. The moral of the story is make sure you drive with sufficient insurance if you drive. All in all, at the end of the day, we are great full to this lawyer and his staff.

WHAT CAN I SAY. FROM THE BEGINNING MY HUSBAND AND I WERE SKEPTICAL TO HIRE A LAWYER. WE SPOKE TO THE ADJUSTER FROM 21ST CENTURY INS., WHO SEEMED NICE AND ALL. BUT WHEN WE SENT HER ALL OUR MEDICAL BILLS, IT TURNED NASTY. SHE TOLD US THAT THE ACCIDENT WAS TO SMALL FOR IT TO HAVE CAUSED ANY "SIGNIFI...CANT INJURY" AND THAT MAYBE MY HUSBAND WAS FAKING IT. WHEN WE HIRED HAMED, EVERYTHING CHANGED. ALTHOUGH WE STOOPED GOING TO THE DOCTOR, THE MEDICAL FACILITY HE REFERRED MY HUSBAND TO WAS EXCELLENT. ALL IN ALL, WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW HE DID IT, OR WHAT HE DID, BUT HE GOT US THE ENTIRE POLICY LIMITS IN THE YOUNG GIRLS INS. ALL I KNOW IS THAT IF YOU GET INTO AN ACCIDENT, YOU NEED A LAWYER. Hamed just settled my case after a 8 month ordeal with what i feel is the worst insurance company in the U.S., Mercury Insurance. He did tell me from the start that Mercury (for that matter most insurance companies these days) were outright trying to screw injured plaintiffs.
