He was assigned to me by the Disability Law Group, Ronald Miller. He showed up to court, and in the denial, the Judge pointed out that he asked for an extension, for some reason, but NEVER followed up. Also he has not contacted me about my final appeal, instead, got a call from the DLG, who stated,... "...we do not represent people at this point...here is the number for the bar association...," "So if you come after me when I win?" "No we will not." "Can I get that in writing?" "No contact SSA." Now I have to submit to the review panel, omitted documents that were "forgotten," and ask for a reconsideration based on negligence, and a failed case.
