Who I Am:
I am a retirement and pension administrator consultant emphasizing in the representation of clients with regulatory agencies concerning retirement plan matters and supports
family law attorneys by drafting Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs).

Prior to becoming a Principal in California Pensions, I was President, Chief Executive Officer and Senior Trust Officer, of California Central Trust Bank in Irvine, California from 1988 to 1992. During my tenure there, the bank and trust assets grew three times to $157 million and $900 million, and profitability went from negative to a net of $2 million annually.

Who I Help:
I help clients with self-directed retirement plans consisting of defined benefit plans (including cash balance) and defined contribution plans (including profit sharing, 401(k), 403(b), 457, new comparability, age weighted, and money purchase plans)

How I Help:
I specialize in design, implementation, administration, asset record keeping, and employee communication for all types of retirement plans.

I act as an administrator, record keeper, and consultant for all types of qualified and non-qualified plans and have been providing these services for individuals, corporation, and financial institutions since 1992.
