Hamlet Yarijanian

For years, my child had been neglected by the school district. She has an IEP and with an IEP in place since 5th grade, my question was “how can she be failing EVERY class?” I had reached out to a group who represented children against school districts a few years earlier. They pulled my child’s r...ecords and they flat denied me saying that there was nothing they could do. I was frustrated and earlier this year 2023, I contacted Hamlet Yarijanian and he also pulled the records. Immediately he found about 10 neglectful issues committed against my child. He took the bill by the horn and went after our district and successfully defended my daughter. He won more that I had expected for her and I feel it will be of great benefit to her but mostly got the attention of the district not to mess around with her education. Lastly, Hamlet is a very nice and responsive attorney and does care about each of his clients. Thank you Hamlet, you’re awesome and provide a great service for needy families.
