For the last year I endured the horrendous experience of being was one if the unlucky residential landlords during the current pandemic. I had several units that were all occupied by tenants that had been served with unlawful detainer suits way prior to the onset of covid, but these tenants immediate...ly took advantage of loopholes with out even paying any type of bare minimum (that would have actually been okay with management). To sum it up, Ronen was incredibly cerebral when dissecting each defendant’s unique scenario and was able to identify laws that were successfully applied as exceptions to eviction immunity—eventually ejecting my non paying tenants in a much quicker time span than we expected. Not to mention there was an attempted class-action against us from several of the same disgruntled tenants in order to try and gain some kind of leverage due to their attempt to involve the local press, which Ronen dealt with impeccably (and actually made us clearly look like the actual victims!) This attorney does not get frazzled in the midst of adversity, he actually invites it with excitement and his performance is evidence of this.
