Margaret P Stevens

Margaret is the principal at STevens Law, PC.  She has a general civil litigation background in California state and federal trial courts, courts of appeal and arbitration with a wide range of practice areas.  She is currently focusing on wage and hour and consumer class actions, product liability, employment, business litigation, and design defect. 

Since law school, she has been recognized for her outstanding advocacy, receiving awards in Evidence and Appellate Law, culminating in the American College of Trial Lawyer’s highest honor:  National Oral Advocate.  Since then, she has been recognized for several years running as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, and has been lead appellate counsel on cases ranging from employment discrimination to product liability.

Before attending law school, Margaret enjoyed a successful career in public relations and advertising, representing a broad range of clients from nationwide department stores and film studios to hospitals and airports.
