Mahrad Enayati

Mahrad Enayati is a litigator and deal maker who has helped recover millions of dollars on behalf of clients. He uses his steadfast work ethic and diligence to deliver results for individuals and businesses seeking help with legal issues. Particularly, Mahrad’s work has involved issues of consumer protection, personal injury, debt collection, landlord tenant disputes and commercial lease agreements. Mahrad’s clients are his number one priority and he strives to ensure each client stays well informed and receives the justice they deserve.

Born in Iran, and raised in Los Angeles, Mahrad spent most of his free time growing up at his family’s small business. Watching his parents taught him the immigrant work ethic and the nuances of deal making. It also inspired him to become a lawyer, as he saw how small businesses could be pushed around; he wanted to learn how to protect his family’s business, and others like it.

Mahrad earned his Juris Doctorate at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles where he obtained invaluable experience through externships and volunteer opportunities. During an externship with Los Angeles Water Keeper, Mahrad assisted with enforcing permits against industrial recycling facilities and fighting a government agency which unlawfully increased allowable pollutants in local waterways. At Bet Tzedek, a pro bono law firm that provides access to justice across Southern California, Mahrad assisted with landlord tenant and conservatorship issues. These experiences not only served to refine his writing and advocacy skills, but also taught him the importance of equality and justice.

Mahrad has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2020. He is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles. In addition to his commitment to public service, Mahrad has helped raise thousands of dollars to causes that are important to him.

Outside of the office, Mahrad enjoys the great outdoors with his wife and dog. He loves exploring Los Angeles eateries and enjoying time with friends and family.
