Hi, my name is John.
As a lifelong entrepreneur and business owner myself, it has been upsetting for me to see how one sided and unfair labor laws are for California employers.
It almost feels like the state is punishing business owners who are the biggest contributors to the economic success of California.
This environment has placed a huge target on the backs of California employers from disgruntled former employees and their attorneys.
That is why I have decided to dedicate my entire career and law practice to protecting and defending California employers from employee claims.
