Sam Cleaver represents California employees in all aspects of employment law including, wrongful termination, discrimination and unpaid wages. Mr. Cleaver has tried multiple cases to verdict in state and federal court. Most recently he won a $6 million plus verdict on behalf of a group of employees forced to undergo off the clock security checks before leaving work for meal periods. Mr. Cleaver graduated from the University of Southern California Law School in 2006. Before attending law school, Mr. Cleaver worked as an ESL teacher in the Los Angeles County Unified School District. Mr. Cleaver has been voted a Super Lawyer by his peers in 2018 and 2019.
