Biography
Parham Khorsandi is a Los Angeles tax attorney and the Managing Attorney of Victory Tax Lawyers, LLP. His practice focuses on representing individuals and businesses in disputes with the IRS and California tax agencies.
With more than a decade of experience in tax controversy, Parham handles IRS audits, tax liens, bank levies and wage garnishments, installment agreements, Offers in Compromise, penalty abatement, Collection Due Process appeals and cases before the United States Tax Court. Before founding Victory Tax Lawyers, he served as Vice President of Client Services at a national tax defense firm, where he managed the attorneys and staff handling these cases.
Parham earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2009 and is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the California Lawyers Association, Taxation Section, and leads the training at Roz Strategies, where he teaches tax resolution professionals how to handle IRS cases.

Great Attorney
