After starting in the public sector, she shifted her focus to Real Estate Development, Environmental Law, and Land Use Law—launching her own zoning consulting firm in 2005 and earning her Broker's License soon after.
Valerie has advised on major development projects across Southern California, including multi-family housing, mixed-use properties, and infill redevelopments. She works closely with clients from site acquisition through entitlements, team building, and strategic planning. On the sales side, she helps clients position assets for maximum value, targeting seasoned developers and investors.
