Ryan J O'Riordan

I met Ryan and his partner in law some nights ago at a networking event. Things seemed fairly normal - up until Ryan's partner started touching me and other women without our consent that night. Ryan did not take nearly enough accountability for what happened and I still have not received an apolog...y or heard at all from the lawyer that did this. The night I met him, Ryan had offered to potentially take me on as a client and potentially review contracts for me, and he told me he would connect me with agents and managers, and offer advice on some workplaces situations we had discussed, among other things. Things became stranger when he seemed very reluctant to fulfill some of the things he offered (I am not sure if he ever even tried to fulfill what he said he would, although he said he did- I would like to see proof of this), seemingly for no reason, and then he later tried to get me to meet with a producer who was interested in meeting me on Memorial Day?? I found this incredibly rude and unprofessional to even suggest meeting that day. He then said he was essentially 'sorry he couldn't be of more assistance'. I told him later via text (that was our main point of communication) that I had contracts to review but that they had lost my business and for some mystifying reason, he sent me a thumbs up. How completely unprofessional and awful. I told him he should be careful who he burned bridges with in Hollywood and that I was going to be transparent about my experiences with him and his firm. Rather than apologize or take any kind of accountability for his actions, he seems to have blocked my number. Fortunately for me, I am a successful artist with tons of opportunities, but I do intend to share what happened as appropriate and make people fully aware of how he and the people at his firm conduct themselves, especially so they can stay safe..
