Robert Aaron Hankoff

I was facing serious charges in the state of california, that I was unable to combat on my own, so, I found an attorney that reviewed my case, and he felt that I shouldn't seek Second Amendment counsel, I should find a criminal law attorney..... He recommended that I should search for a lawyer tha...t was a former DA, and one that had excellent reviews..... I found, by a search on this site, The Kraut Law Group, and I contacted Mr. Kraut, he asked me to come to his office and he would review my charges, and we would proceed from there..... The previous attorney that I had been to that day, was in Irvine, Mr. Kraut's office is in Beverly Hills, quite a drive, at 3:00 P.M., about 75 miles, (in rush hour), but I made it to his office, before it was time to close..... Mr. Kraut greeted me, & introduced me to Robert Hankoff, one of his associates, and I had my initial consultation with Bob, that afternoon..... He listened to my description of the events that led me to seek counsel, he was attentive to my concerns, and he gave me a good feeling that if he represented me, I would attain a favorable outcome..... He went to all my hearings, as my representative, (and there were many, and I never had to physically be there, ever), through the discovery process, through motions, and discussions about the disposition of my case, with both the DA, and the judge..... Bob would always call, afterward, to let me know what occurred, and how we would proceed further..... This process lasted for over two years, and many dates were adjusted, along with the appearances, due to COVID 19 restrictions, and reduced manning requirements, of the court..... Finally after 2 & 1/2 years Bob was able to get the conditions of agreement, (for me), that were acceptable, I agreed to perform the required conditions, to provide proof of completion, I was asked to place my firearms in storage, and remain free of any trouble that might be considered a violation of any law, for the following 6 months..... I completed those requirements, furnished the proof of completion, and stayed out of any further legal trouble, and as a result Bob was able to negotiate a dismissal of all charges..... I will be forever grateful to Bob, & Michael Seager, for their help, and kind treatment, (throughout this ordeal), they kept me calmer, saner, and reassured me that they were doing everything possible to help me get the best solution to my problem, & THEY DID..... Thank you, Bob, & Mike.....
