I'm Kelvin Tran, an immigration lawyer admitted in New York and Victoria (Supreme Court and High Court of Australia), based in Los Angeles. I run E3 Pathway, a productized law practice focused on E-3 visas for Australians moving to the US.

The Australian visa market in the US is structurally split between two unhelpful options. On the commodity end, $1,500 visa mills run thousands of cases through paralegals - fine for the simplest cases, lousy for anything with complications. On the boutique end, $6,000-plus practices bundle every E-3 with a "comprehensive immigration strategy" you didn't ask for and may not need. I trained at Arnold Bloch Leibler (Melbourne), was an associate to a Court of Appeal judge and also worked at Minter Ellison's Melbourne and Sydney offices. Attended University of Melbourne Law School (BA/LLB) and the University of Chicago (Masters in Law). I came to the US on an E-3, became dual-qualified, and watched the same patterns play out for hundreds of Australians making the same move.
