A first generation immigrant, Byron V. Aldana migrated to the U.S. with his mother and brother at the age of 3 months. His mother, a single mother, worked strenuously as a seamstress for 26 years in the Garment Industry in downtown Los Angeles. Despite the difficult task of raising two sons on a meager income, his mother instilled the values of being an American and the importance of an education and hard work.
Consequently, Byron V. Aldana can identify with many of his clients and recognizes the struggles that families face when they come to a new country. More importantly he recognizes that people make mistakes and that unfortunately immigrants face banishment and exile because of minor criminal convictions. His insight has enabled him to aggressively advocate for the benefit of his clients and he can help you or your family member maintain or achieve the American Dream!
