Successful result

Mr. Zaret was recommended to me by a coworker after I was injured in a hit and run. This was my first experience working with a lawyer and it was very positive - I went in to the consultation really just hoping my medical expenses would be covered, and a year later came out with more than $10,000. ...Mr. Zaret and his team provided clear instructions on how to advocate for myself and do my part to bring the offending party to a settlement, and together we succeeded. I have already recommended him to another coworker seeking a personal injury attorney. I'm really pleased with my experience.

Amazing Lawyer!

Tom is amazing! He tells you exactly what to expect and makes the process simple. I received the best care and got what I expected in the end. I love his assistant too! When I had my auto accident I spoke to a few different attorneys, I even work at a firm with many different attorneys, but I lik...ed the conversation I had with Tom the best. He was knowledgeable and understanding. I highly recommend giving Tom Zaret a call for any personal injury cases!

Excellent experience - start to finish!

I hired Thomas to represent me, in an effort to have some medical expenses covered, following an auto collision. Having never participated in litigation of this sort, I was unsure of the process and did not expect a high yield. Thomas and his team were diligent in helping me understand each step in t...he navigation of the case, and maintained both legal and administrative integrity. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly and they absorbed so much of what I expected to be laborious in the preparation of the case. They gathered records, synthesized information, and provided me with options at every juncture. In the end, the case was victorious in my favor, with a settlement that far exceeded my hopes. I could not be more grateful for the ease of which Thomas and his team enacted on my behalf. Thomas Zaret is personable, professional, and an attorney I would highly recommend to those in my inner circles.

Tom did a Superb job for me on 2 Pi Cases!

Tom did a Superb job for me on 2 Pi Cases! Tom has done two soft tissue cases for me. (2007 & 2016) Both settlements turned out above and beyond my expectations. '07 case I was expecting $9K net to me tops. Tom executed his savvy negotiating skills with the party B insurance and he got me $11K !... I loved it ! On the last case, again, Tom executed super cool savviness. On virtually all of my medical liens, Tom re-negotiated with my doctor's billing agents. He got virtually all of my medical lien bills slashed to around half price! I was stoked ! Also, a year after my case closed, I ran into a difficult snag with my health care provider on particular medical insurance billing issue. I called my doctor's billing agent, his office Mgr and my health insurance claims specialist. All three gave me 3 different answers & 3 separate run-arounds. Then I called Tom. He pressed the right button. His office Manager (Milford) fired out a letter to the party B insurance contact. Problem got resolved in 48 hours. I have referred several friends and colleagues to Tom as well.Thank you Tom!
