He's Nice
He won the lawsuit against the SunV Valley Apartments complex in Sacramento California in 2020. He won us over 1.75 million dollars for over 26 people as victims. It help to change our lives.

I am so disappointed with him
I expected so much more from him. He may seem to be your best advocate but be ware of wolves in sheeps clothing. . In my case, he never prepared for trial and always represented that the opposition wanted to settle when in reality, they were out for blood. His lack of preparation was unbelievable ...

Stay away!
Knows next to nothing about the RSO in Los Angeles and is very untrustworthy. He does not follow through on promises because he doesnt have the financial stamina to fight for the poor tenants he pretends to help, and the low income tenants can't fight back.
