When I found myself in a really bad situation with a commercial lease and had been given bad advice by the only lawyer I had ever used before, I was so lucky to have a friend refer Philip. He understood what I was going through and the steps to deal with it all. He advised me as to the best and wors...t case scenarios so that I did not have unrealistic expectations. There were several days when I probably was a bit dramatic and Philip was always calm and reassuring on the phone or via email. At one point he even called me on a Friday evening to tell me some good news about the situation!
