Incredibly knowledgeable about the law. My case deals with an issue relating to bipolar disorder and child custody. He has a real understanding about people, not just the law. How people with mental illness react to stressful sitatuations and he gives great advice to avoid detrimental situations such... as restraining orders, etc. Also, to be able to get a specialist for the price of an associate is incredibly helpful to many who cannot afford a lawyer.

Office of Fernandez and Karney, is a top notch legal establishment. I worked very closely with Mr. Karney and his paralegal Homar Cornejo who are a high quality and a dynamic individual. Both are professional and very diligent and thoroughly outstanding Divorce Law Attorneys. I was just marrie...d for a short time and for other reasons I wanted to have Annulment rather than a divorce. I had another firm before I contacted the Law Office of Fernandez and Karney, with that previous law office there were lack of communication and feedback whether my Annulment was filed or not. Despite the 6 months I waited to hear from that establishment to hear news of my Annulment Status, there were no news, nor any communication from the previous law office regarding with my Annulment/Divorce Status. As I was complaining for the lack of contact from that establishment, a friend referred the Office of Fernandez and Karney. My friend guaranteed excellent and professional service from Office of F&K. My friend was definitely correct. The moment, I started working with the Office of F and K, my worries had minimized and assured me of the professional partnership as well as a result that I would be satisfied with the service. During the Annulment/Divorce process, Mr. Cornejo was responsive to my calls and queries. Whenever, I have questions that I was weary about, he would call in a timely manner, and help me ease my mind He was very patient and answered many many questions that was uncertain in my thought process. So, thank you Mr. Cornejo. The day of the Hearing, Mr. Karney was reassuring and was very positive of my fate. Thus at the end, Mr. Karney and Mr. Cornejo were able to help me acquire the judgment I originally requested, An Annulment. Many thank you. As for cost, I thought it was reasonable, but well worth it.

I had a very difficult child custody case that was complicated by my wanting to relocate with my children out of state. I am still in the midst of my divorce case and it's a kicker tearing me inside out and let me tell you I could not have landed in a better firm. They are managing me terrifically.
