Marc Hankin is the only attorney you will ever need to protect your intellectual property!
Marc is one of my greatest assets in business! Ten years ago I needed to protect my brand before my first book was published. I selected Marc for his impressive credentials, but taking the journey with a professional who cares about my business and supports the creative inventive process has been invaluable. As my business has grown having Marc's counsel has been critical to my success. He has excellent communication skills, so it is no surprise he has received honors and selected as a Southern California Super Lawyer®, placing him in the top 5% of Intellectual Property attorneys. Marc is a class act, and everyone on his staff is great too.

Stepped in quickly and took charge.
Having the need for an attorney to step in assist our lead counsel, we quickly realized Marc needed to be moved to the lead position. Marc has been a huge asset in course correcting us in the right direction, he stepped in at the eleventh hour and made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend Marc in a second, his balance of aggressiveness and knowledge of patent law has been a perfect fit.

Educated, trustworthy, and personable!
Marc is a very personable and professional attorney. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and completely. Marc kept me well informed and explained everything in detail to make sure I understood what was going on along the way. He prepared me for good and bad and was able to resolve my issue quickly and without litigation. He returned my calls and emails promptly and I truly feel he helped protect my business from a potentially bad situation. Marc is incredibly intelligent and knows the full details of the law with regards to trademark infringement. Marc also has great colleagues that he can refer you to if you are looking for something that is not his specialty, an honorable quality. I would recommend Marc to anyone with trademark, copyright, and/or business and professional needs. He is honest, hardworking, and very intelligent and I will most definitely be using his services again in the future!

Trustworthy, hard working, honest
Mr. Hankin was recommended to our company. We had no prior experience and limited resources to deal with lengthy litigation. The firm treated us with respect, kept us informed, and was careful to do the work that needed to be done, and not over do or over bill. And ultimately, we were very satisfied with the outcome. We really appreciate Mr Hankin's skills, knowledge, honesty and how we were treated.

Mr. Hankin is an exceptional attorney!
I met Mr. Hankin through the Los Angeles County Bar Association Bioethics Committee many years ago. At that time, I was looking for a lawyer to help with trademark/registration issues. Mr. Hankin offered to help and it's been smooth sailing ever since! The lawyer I was using before meeting him was clearly out of her league, but never bothered to tell me so. I recently contacted Mr. Hankin to thank him for being such a great lawyer b/c I've been having to deal with other lawyers lately who have, shall we say, been far from stellar. Mr. Hankin is intelligent, professional and most of all QUALIFIED! Mr. Hankin knows the law and, best of all, can explain it clearly to a lay person. In addition to being a great lawyer, Mr. Hankin is a compassionate and gentle man. I wish all lawyers were as skilled and kind as Mr. Hankin.

Excellent and Fair Patent Firm
Marc and his team provide excellent, responsive service. Marc is available literally 24/7 as he is often up late at night and early in the morning. He is always friendly and willing to answer my many questions. What is different about this firm is there willingness to explain which is included in the price. They don't charge for a brief phone call or one that is related to a flat fee matter.

Unresponsive
Marc was very unresponsive. It was hard to get in touch with him and in the end I feel just took my case to make a few extra bucks because in the end, he really had no clue what he should do to help me. I ended up solving the problem on my own and when I went to be refunded my $1500, he told me he had done enough work to keep it... a few emails and a few phone calls are not enough work for $1500 buddy..
