Jonathan Labranche

During his extensive legal corporate practice, Jonathan negotiated, structured and drafted legal documents relating to multiple transactions, including real estate transactions, equity and debt financings, employment agreements and international intellectual property licenses. 

Jonathan's corporate practice focuses on assisting small to mid size businesses and entrepreneurs in all of their legal needs, including incorporation, operating agreements, joint ventures, employment agreements and structuring and advising clients on a range of commercial matters. 

Jonathan's real estate practice concentrates on transactions involving both residential and commercial properties. He represents buyers, sellers, developers, investors, landlords, banks and other market participants. Jonathan has years’ of experience handling complex real estate transactions, frequently negotiating and drafting comprehensive residential and commercial leases, operating and shareholder agreements; and conducting due diligence and financial analysis for real estate and land use deals.  Jonathan often assists clients in negotiating the terms of transactions and then drafts the necessary legal documentation, such as purchase-and-sale agreements, space leases, construction contracts and financing documents.
