Jan Jensen

Jan is very meticulous to the point that you might find yourself fighting each and every motion when it might not be necessary. She does know IP law well but should not be a single practitioner as she ultimately suffers from a 'cabin fever' loneliness which is impairing her ability to see the forest... from the trees. An expensive proposition. I would hate to consider the alternative. Jan worked for me on two cases. We lost the one and got some measured results on the other. Terminating her as counsel was brutal and I was punished with an outrageous final bill.
