Fred Farid Mashian

Our CEO interviewed four trust and estate planning attorneys, in order for us to retain, one to advise us on as well as prepare our Shareholder Buy-Sell Agreement. It was our CEO's recommendation to use Fred Mashian. Mr. MAshian was the right choice. We had a number of meetings to discuss the terms... of the agreement and Mr Mashian pointed out the issues. Mr. Mashian's knowledge of the issues was quite impressive, as well as his ability to communicate the same to us. We finalized the agreement and are very happy with the representation. We are now using him for additional estate planning work for our company principals.

Fred Mashian was referred to us by our Financial Planner. He handled me and my wife's trust and estate planning. He was brilliant in his design of the plan, and took his time to meet with us on numerous occaisions to make sure we understand all of the terms of the trust and wills and related document...s. Me and my wife highly recommend him.

Attorney Fred Farid Mashian is an absolutely terrible lawyer to hire and/or to deal with in any capacity. I hired attorney Fred Mashian approximately 2 months ago. Fred Mashian lied to me about his rates, tricked me, violated attorney/client privileges, by blackmailing me for more money, for hours t...hat he never bothered to work on my case, and when I investigated him, he told the opposing party all about my personal life and my case. Fred Mashian has also stolen money, via embezzlement, from my bank account. As a result, I am now so poor that I have had to file for general relief and cannot support my wife or children or pay for the medical treatments for my mother. Every single time, at least all 27 times, that I have tried to phone Fred Mashian , at his office, he has instructed his assistant to lie that he "is in a meeting." I have left numerous messages, but he has never returned any of my messages.

Fred Mashian was my attorney, but not by choice. My father passed away last year, therefore his wife hired Fred Mashian as the "trust" attorney. Fred Mashian is the most dishonest , troublesome, and uncooperative attorney in California. Fred Mashian had prior relations with my father's wife, so af...ter she hired him, Mr. Mashian helped her and himself to steal every penny from my account. To this day, over one and a half years later, Fred Mashian has still refused to provide one single receipt for any of his many dishonest transactions. In fact, he refuses to answer any of my phone calls or any calls from my new attorney. Attorney Fred Mashian is nothing but a liability,a crook, and a thief. Please beware of Fred Mashian and do not hire him. Please protect yourself and hire a different attorney for your legal needs.
