Mr. Sapir received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University Northridge. Mr. Sapir attended Southwestern Law School where he received his Juris Doctor degree.
Mr. Sapir is admitted to practice in all state courts of the State of California and the United States District Courts for the Central and North Districts of California.
Mr. Sapir represents clients in personal injury (car accidents, bicycle accidents, dog bites, slip and fall, etc.), debt collection violations cases (FDCPA, RFDCPA, and FCRA), Telemarketer violations cases (TCPA), Employment Discrimination cases (including racial discrimination, disability discrimination, age discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual discrimination, and gender bias), labor law, medical malpractice, product liability, employment law, civil rights violations, landlord-tenant law and commercial litigation.
Mr. Sapir prides himself on being able to consistently provide the highest quality legal representation while maintaining a keen focus on the individual needs of his clients. He recognizes the importance of a dialogue which is open and continuous with his clients and the role this plays in ensuring the success of any given case.
Prior to opening up his own practice, Mr. Sapir served as an attorney at Goldberg & Associates. There, Mr. Sapir successfully represented clients before immigration judges with the Executive Office of Immigration Review and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. Mr. Sapir also represented clients in various criminal and civil courts throughout California.
Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Mr. Sapir worked for both the Los Angeles City Attorney and Los Angeles Public Defender. During his stint at the City Attorney’s Office, Mr. Sapir conducted extensive legal research on numerous and varied labor and employment law topics and drafted numerous analytical memoranda.
At the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office, Mr. Sapir assisted in researching and drafting petitions for Writ of Habeas Corpus and provided arraignment assistance. Frankly, it was this experience that led Mr. Sapir to the decision to pursue a career in a field where he truly could assist his clients in a way that would positively affect their lives. He believes personal injury, consumer protection and employment law are those fields.
Mr. Sapir is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the California Employment Lawyers Association.
