I had the delight of getting to speak to Delton regarding the formation of my non-profit organization. I joined the California Lawyers for the Arts (a non-profit for actors, artists, musicians, etc.) to help me find someone to do a living trust for me. Delton was one of the lawyers on the list supplied. We spoke and based on that discussion I decided to hire him to help change my 30+ year old will ...to a trust. He was very thorough and walked me through all aspects of the change - from my wanting to take care of my 5 siblings, cats, dogs, horse, parakeets and husband to information on burials and bank accounts.

Delton was a huge help to me with questions I had about a contract. He came on the call having thoroughly read the contract itself and some email exchanges I had with the party offering the contract. He clearly addressed the issues I had with the contract terms, and went the extra mile to also help m...e research the background of the party offering the contract. He also suggested some extremely helpful steps for me for the future. He was polite, informed and patient. He was a good listener and was responsive to all my questions and concerns. And he seemed to have an excellent grasp of contract law in California. I was grateful to have had the chance to consult with him.
