David Glass is an amazing family law attorney. He is extremely professional in his manner, courteous in his approach, and primarily interested in the most direct way to get to the core of the legal issues at hand. He is an exceptional trial lawyer in custody / move away cases. In fact, I sincer...ely believe that if David had not represented me, I would not have received the Court’s permission to relocate from Los Angeles with my daughter. Mr. Glass met with me many times to listen to my story so he could organize my complicated custody case to emphasize the core legal, emotional and factual issues. There were no false promises, and he was confident, throughout, of what he could do for me. Mr. Glass was able to look through the depositions and the Custody Evaluator’s report –which did not go in my favor--to locate the facts we needed to construct an attack on the Evaluator’s conclusions, and to prepare a strategy for the trial. He spent time with me and my witnesses (including time on nights and weekends) to learn as much as possible from us, so he could then “boil it down” to the message that needed to be presented to the Court. He essentially helped me tell my story to the Court in the way that the Court would understand and would want to adopt. And, his unique ability, due to his past experience and training as a PhD-level therapist, to dissect the Custody Evaluator’s report, find mistakes, and also show the Court how the court’s psychologist mis-interpreted much of the data proved to be the winning factor. David helped change my daughter’s life for the better, and in so doing, helped me, my husband, our son, and our extended families, too. There are no words to describe my respect for his gentle courage, wisdom and professional expertise.

As a psychologist I have sought out the assistance of David Glass on various legal questions and found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful. His dual professional expertise in the areas of law and psychology make him a great resource for psychologists as well as the general public. He assisted ...me when a client of mine was going through a lawsuit that required I be deposed.
