Ashley Tate represents clients in employment matters, business disputes, legal fee disputes and professional malpractice claims in state and federal courts. She is admitted to practice law in California and New York.
Ms. Tate graduated from Fordham University School of Law in New York City in 2008. While in law school, she volunteered with The Domestic Violence Awareness Center. Ms. Tate received her undergraduate degree in Finance and Banking from The University of Alabama, graduating magna cum laude in 2005.
Ms. Tate is a member of the South Bay Bar Association and the Hon. Benjamin Aranda III Inn of Court. She enjoys running and spending time outdoors, loves animals and is a dedicated Crimson Tide football fan.
