Since April 13, 1992, my husband and I have been the CEO of Hoskins Enterprises, Inc. We are in the business of providing adult day care services for mentally disabled adults. After over 20 years of being in business, we came close to losing everything when a former employee sued us. In an effort ...to save our corporation, we filed a chapter 11 bankruptcy two years ago.
