Payam Tishbi

Mr. Tishbi is an amazing attorney. I was always very skeptical about hiring an attorney and he changed that for me. I am very thankful to have had him help me through my auto accident. He was very knowledgeable and guided me through my case every step of the way. He set me up with doctors close to h...ome and checked up on my progress periodically. Mr. Tishbi cared for me not only as a client, but as a person as well. He kept in constant contact with me and kept me up to date regarding my case. He was able to get me the settlement I deserved and for that I am forever grateful. During such a stressful time in my life he helped me feel secure and at ease. Not only was my car fixed, but he took care of all my hospital and doctors expenses. I would highly recommend Mr. Tishbi and his law firm to anyone in need of a lawyer.

My mother hired him , He took our case and then destroyed it. We strongly believe he was incompetent in handling of our case and he caused us so much pain and suffering himself. As an attorney you are suppose to help your clients not to go against them and abuse them. But he told my mother that th...e other party has the money and he usually works for the side that has money! My mother fired him on Friday afternoon and on Saturday we had summons at our door from the other parties attorney. They started harassing us and eventually we lost the case because of Payam Tishbi's breach of fiduciary duty to us. He told my mother he was practicing law for two years later we found out that he had just barely passed the bar exam! He did not know how to do his job and he took our case through the mud! My mother never forgive him for what he has done to us! The atrocity that we endured from the other party because we had no proper representation and Payam had wasted so much of our time to file proper documents ! You know shyster lawyers such as Payam Tishbi can destroy lives with their crude and unconsciounable acts! That is what he did he is atrocious. If we knew we would not have ever hired him that's why after three years we want to post this feedback maybe helpful to others not to fall into his trap!
