Nadine Alsaadi

Ms. Alsaadi presently focuses her practice on a variety of business, corporate and litigation matters including commerical agreements, technology transactions, business and corporate law. Ms. Alsaadi also handles business formation and finance matters, partnership disputes and intellectual property matters. She litigates cases in state and Federal Courts. 

Prior to focusing on business matters, Ms. Alsaadi worked at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office - preliminary hearings division - where she drafted and argued motions, cross-examined witnesses, and developed her court room presence. Additionally, she clerked for an estimeed judge at the Suprior Court of California, County of Los Angeles where she had the unique experience of interpreting the law and viewsing arguments from a Judge’s perspective.

Ms. Alsaadi attended Southwestern Law School where she earned her J.D. with distinction and a concentration on Technology Law and Entrepreneurship. Prior to attending law school she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Medical Anthropology from the University of California, Irvine.
