Yes, Kaivan is a certified super lawyer. When I had faced a foreclosure proceeding against Wells Fargo Mortgage (WFM), which is the toughest mortgage servicer in the country, Kaivan took charge and worked expeditiously and diligently. Harouni Law Group is definitely the firm to hire if you want to save your home. Period. Carrington Mortgage Services is probably one of the toughest mortgage servicer out there and to make matters worst, Deutsche Bank was my lien holder. I fought them myself for over 2 years and they just won't give ...me a chance and I consider myself as a pretty good negotiator since I am a licensed realtor. To make a long story short, I finally gave up and hired Kaivan Harouni. It wasn't an easy battle at all. In fact, Deutsche Bank brought their big legal guns out, Wolfe and Wyman LLP, a huge law firm from Irvine California and fought us all the way. It got really ugly especially when they called us in for the deposition. The opposing counsel Kelly Beal, who was representing Deutsche Bank was really rude and starting blaming me and my wife for everything that happened to the point were he was already humiliating us. Fortunately, Steven Nguyen from Harouni Law Group was there with us in the room to stop the harassment. Talking about defense and protection, that's what Steven Nguyen gave us that day and never backed down from these so called big shot celebrity lawyers. Steven shut him up. I really got nervous that day and started second guessing Kaivan's technique because I wasn't really sure if pissing off the opposing counsel was a really good idea. Frankly, I even considered firing Kaivan. Since I was already in too deep and committed to Kaivan, I decided to stick with him and go to trial as planned. On the 11th hour, Carrington decided to review me again for a loan modication which they denied again for the 3rd time. Wow, I was finally starting to accept the fact that this is it for me, I lost the case and finally have to move out. Kaivan decided to withdraw the case before the trial so this actually restarted a new default process from scratched which actually worked out to my advantage. So now, after more than a year in litigation, I had to start from scratch and submit a new loan modification package. But Carrington knew that I still had Kaivan representing me so they were very careful this time around because they were aware that if I ever get denied again for the 4th time, a brand new lawsuit is going to be filed against them that could last another year or two. Kaivan's technique finally worked and I got my loan modification finally approved. I will be sending in my first trial period payment next month. This is my 2nd HAMP Loan Modification in 5 years. I am so happy to have saved my home and so thankful to Harouni Law Group. You need a tough and intelligent lawyer like Kaivan if you really want to keep your home. He is the real deal.
