Bernard Lawrence Weiner

I would recommend Bernard to everyone! I was in a bit of a crunch, and dealing with a dicey situation. I described the situation to Bernard, including that my escrow closed in one week, he listened to me and told me "I will get it done for you!" I was dealing with a person that was making my life unb...earable. He got all the fact, stuck his hand out, during our initial meeting, and got it done for me! I would refer him to ask many that I could with similar issues. I will also be using him in a future matter! If you want results and a person that will fight for you, call him now.

I rarely write reviews, but I had such a good result with my case that I felt compelled to share my experience. I am not a litigious person by nature and like to work things out whenever possible. Well, imagine my horror when I was served with a lawsuit out of the blue. I had no idea where to turn t...o help. I went to two legal workshops in hopes I could represent myself but the other side got increasingly menacing and aggressive. The legal professionals at the workshops all differed in their opinions as to how I should proceed and I got pretty scared. The I found Bernard Weiner and what a relief that was. Bernard is not only knowledgable but discreet, succinct and efficient. All of the necessary filings were done and he advised us of all of the proceedings in advance so we were prepared. I like to ask a lot of questions and he answered them thoroughly and promptly. Bernard devised a strategy then executed it exactly as he said he would. It lead to a great result! It was pretty dazzling. And while legal representation is never easy to afford Bernard was fair with the pricing so that made me feel even better about the decision.

When I first consulted with him he reassured me that he would perform a number of services for a flat fee. A retainer letter was drafted (in hindsight) I should have asked for an outline of what services would be provided with this fee. Instead I accepted a generic letter with no details stating wh...at would be done. As a result the services provided fell way short of what he said and I was very disappointed. Can I prove his services were not adequate? No! Because it was not outlined in the retainer. I had a number of credit cards and other services needed. The Devil is in the details. Beware. For a man with many years of service, he should be ashamed of himself. If you say you are going to do something for someone, do it. After leaving Mr. Weiner I asked for a breakdown in writing with my new attorney and he is performing to my satisfaction.
