Biography
Jack Breslavsky is a skilled workers’ compensation lawyer and a Partner at Hinden & Breslavsky. Born in Russia, Jack originally immigrated to Israel, then immigrated to the United States. He earned his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law and currently devotes his practice to workers’ compensation litigation.
Jack is passionate about protecting the rights of the injured and the underprivileged. He previously served on the Board of Governors for the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (CAAA), which provides representation for injured and disabled workers. He has also served his community by volunteering with Bet Tzedek Legal Services.
In addition to representing individual clients, Jack has challenged many unfair and unjust workers’ compensation laws and adverse decisions before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and in appellate courts. An extremely knowledgeable attorney, he has also conducted lectures for fellow workers’ compensation lawyers, as well as judges, on a variety of topics.
