Tiffany Nicole Apel

I first came to tiffany after being recommended by another attorney. The office was conveniently located in the heart of downtown with valet parking. When I arrived at her office she already had all my paperwork ready to go. I reviewed it once again, per her recommendation and finalized my trust. She... set up a survivors trust and an exemption trust that would be past on to my kids. Before I gave Tiffany a call I knew nothing about trust and estate planning. Now I am advising all my friends and family. If you want a great attorney that will do a job well and educate you along the process then hire this WOMEN! I also forgot to mention setting up the trust was easier then ordering a pizza. I called her up, told her my goals, after a few questions she sent me over a rough draft. After a few follow up conversations it was tweaked and ready to go.

Tiffany was a pleasure to work with. Firstly, I am a busy executive with little time to waste. Tiffany was responsive and to the point. I could get a hold of her anytime I needed her. She was sensitive to my time (and to my budget), but I never felt rushed. The quality of her work was also... astounding. To be honest, I was a little skeptical when I first met her. She is a young lady with sharp intellect, but I thought I may be better off with a more "seasoned" attorney. Boy was I wrong. Tiffany knows the ins and outs of an estate as well -- if not better -- than most attorneys twice her age. In fact, she is more up to date on all the new trends and opportunities in estate planning that may be overlooked by others. I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone looking for an estate planning attorney.
