Steven David Atlee

Mr. Atlee is a business litigator who handles a wide range of disputes involving real property, contracts, unfair competition, intellectual property, interference and other business torts. He routinely first-chairs matters before arbitrators and mediators as well as judges and juries in state and federal courts. Mr. Atlee helps clients achieve their business objectives through practical advice, strategic motion practice and proactive use of alternative dispute resolution prior to trial.

Mr. Atlee first partnered with the founders of Park & Velayos when they all started their careers in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins. After 16 years at Latham, Mr. Atlee also was a litigation partner at Winston & Strawn LLP and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, while continuing to work occasionally on discrete matters with Messrs. Park and Velayos.
