I founded Lemon Law Man APC with one mission: helping California consumers stand up to automobile manufacturers when their vehicles repeatedly fail under warranty.

Before representing consumers, I represented automobile manufacturers in California lemon law litigation. That experience gave me an insider’s understanding of how manufacturers investigate claims, evaluate risk, and defend lawsuits. Today, I use that knowledge exclusively on behalf of consumers seeking buybacks, vehicle replacements, cash-and-keep settlements, and other relief available under California’s Lemon Law.

My practice is devoted exclusively to California Lemon Law and consumer warranty litigation. I have successfully resolved hundreds of lemon law cases involving nearly every major automobile manufacturer, helping clients recover substantial compensation while guiding them through what can otherwise be a frustrating and overwhelming process.

I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law (Fight On!), where I participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, Trial Advocacy Program, and Peer Mentorship Program. During law school, I completed externships with the United States Navy JAG Corps, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, and Kia Motors America. After law school, I worked in private practice both on the defense and the plaintiff side handling thousands of lemon law claims. These experiences strengthened my litigation skills and ultimately led me to focus my career on consumer protection.
