Patrick William McLaughlin

Mr. McLaughlin was there for me when others were turning their back. He was the only one believed me, and his confidence in me never diminished, which, I believe, is why I had the confidence to make it through months of litigation. I was referred to Patrick after having paid 2 other attorneys for a post conviction sentencing issue. One attorney filed the wrong paperwork which caused further problems with the court. The other said he will correct the issue and never did. Both of them were paid way too much with no results but... just lots of promises and run around. When I met Patrick, he not only listened to my "story" he was very honest about what he can help me accomplish. He kept me informed at all times and was very direct and honest about what can be done and how he will accomplish it. The end result was far more than I expected and I am very thankful for all of his help. It is just too bad that I did not find him sooner!

Hired Patrick to do some post conviction work. We thoroughly discussed the strategy, scenarios, and the potential outcomes of each. I am appreciative that he thinks things through versus just making a recommendation based on other cases, or what he is comfortable with (as I have seen other lawyers do... in the past).
