Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this law office. Below, I summarize the experience I had and leave the evaluation to you. After being involved in an accident, I contacted Utku Kazancı. At first, communication was smooth, and he sent me the necessary documents to begin the legal process. However,... once I signed the documents, it became increasingly difficult to reach him. He repeatedly said he was busy, and I was unable to get in touch with him for weeks, which significantly delayed my case. When I finally managed to speak with him, I realized he wasn’t even familiar with the basic details of my case. I had to repeat information like which clinic I had my MRI at or how many chiropractic sessions I attended, because he kept confusing me with someone else. He even scheduled an appointment on a public holiday without realizing it, and when he didn’t call, he later told me they were closed that day—it was a clear oversight that cost me time and effort. When I asked him to follow up on my case more closely, he told me that if I was in a hurry, I should take my case to another firm. After several months of delays, I agreed to transfer my case elsewhere. At that point, however, he said he wanted to continue working on it—but I had already lost confidence and didn’t want to waste more time. He then asked me for a fee for the work he had supposedly done. Eventually, I found another attorney, who took over my case from Kazancı Law and completed it within just a few weeks. I was able to reach my new attorney whenever I needed, and all my questions were answered transparently. This experience made it clear to me how crucial it is to choose the right legal representation. I’ve since met others who had similar experiences with this office, which is why I felt the need to share my own. If you’re considering working with Kazancı Law, I urge you to take all of this into account before making your decision.
