He repeatedly said he was busy, and I was unable to get in touch with him for weeks, which significantly delayed my case. When I finally managed to speak with him, I realized he wasn’t even familiar with the basic details of my case. I had to repeat information like which clinic I had my MRI at or how many chiropractic sessions I attended, because he kept confusing me with someone else. He even scheduled an appointment on a public holiday without realizing it, and when he didn’t call, he later told me they were closed that day—it was a clear oversight that cost me time and effort. When I asked him to follow up on my case more closely, he told me that if I was in a hurry, I should take my case to another firm. After several months of delays, I agreed to transfer my case elsewhere. At that point, however, he said he wanted to continue working on it—but I had already lost confidence and didn’t want to waste more time. He then asked me for a fee for the work he had supposedly done. Eventually, I found another attorney, who took over my case from Kazancı Law and completed it within just a few weeks. I was able to reach my new attorney whenever I needed, and all my questions were answered transparently.
