Nadav Yakov Zohar

I am an attorney who encountered Nadav Zohar while serving as opposing counsel at the Antelope Valley Courthouse on September 10, 2025. I was using an attorney-client conference room near Courtroom A9 when Mr. Zohar demanded that I give him the room. I told him that I was already using it. He neve...rtheless forced his way inside by pushing the door into my body, using the door to physically push me out of his way and nearly knock me over. This was not merely a rude exchange, an offensive remark, or aggressive advocacy. Mr. Zohar intentionally used the door to make unwanted physical contact with me so that he could force his way into a room I was occupying. I experienced and reported this conduct as an assault and battery. The incident was captured on courthouse security footage, which I preserved and submitted as evidence. I also reported the matter to the State Bar of California. The State Bar characterized what occurred as “offensive conduct.” That description materially obscures the central fact: this involved offensive physical contact, not words alone. Mr. Zohar used a door to push my body and nearly caused me to fall. I am posting this because prospective clients, attorneys, the courts, and the public should know how Mr. Zohar treated opposing counsel inside a courthouse. Attorneys should not be permitted to use physical force or intimidation to obtain a litigation advantage, and such behavior should not be normalized or minimized as ordinary incivility.
