The case in which Jeremy Scherwin very recently represented me, was the first and hopefully last, experience I'll ever have in which I was the victim of wrongful termination. In my case, "Wrongful termination" included, but was not limited to, racism, age and disability discrimination, hostile wo...rk environment, slander, defamation of character and more. I had no no idea what to expect and was initially appalled at Jeremys aggressive manner. In fact, I was very defensive as well as angry that he continued to question me over and over re my case- after all, I was telling the truth! I felt very insulted and definitely told him. How naive I was. Jeremys "badgering" so to speak, proved to be invaluable in keeping me focused as well as disallowing the opposing attorney to derail me from the truth. I definitely recommend Jeremy Scherwin to those in a situation even remotely similar to mine.
