That is entirely up to the school, as you effectively have no status between the date your divorce is final and the date USCIS changes your status...

There are no appeals in DACA cases. The only solution is to reapply.

There is no prorated basis for the prevailing wage. It must be met. I-140s and labor certifications are employer specific.
