One night, he went into a grocery store, after drinking and stole ... a few items, while, having enough money to cover for the cost. After he was caught, he was arrested and charged for Petty Theft. After months of negotiations with the prosecutor, and explaining Mr. G was under the influence at the time and has been working towards becoming sober, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the theft charge against my client.

Mr. G was arrested for DUI back in January of 2014. Mr. G ran into his car (that his brother drove there) after a fight broke out in a parking lot. They did this to avoid getting injured. Upon getting ... in his car, the police arrived and were moving vehicles out of there. Mr. G was told to move his car by an unknown officer. When he began to move his car, an unknown witness yelled "Don't let that car leave" so another officer approached the car and told my Mr. G to get out. Upon getting out a DUI investigation proceeded. After witness testimony including the officer's own testimony was presented to the DA, the DA agreed to dismiss the DUI Charges.

Mr. S was originally stopped for a DUI. However, upon contact with him, he allegedly became irate. During his Field Sobriety Tests, he pulled down his pants exposing him to a female, and tell her to "S ... uck It". After that incident, he was placed in the back seat of the patrol vehicle. As the officers were trying to handcuff him, he tried to grab him genitals and attempt to urinate on the officer. The District attorney charged him with DUI, Driving on a Suspended License, Obstructing a Peace Officer and Indecent Exposure. Indecent Exposure is an offense where, if convicted, the defendant must register as a sex offender. I was able to get the Indecent Exposure charge dismissed for Mr. S after months of negotiations with the DA.

A Beverly ... Hills Police Officer came to my clients car to do a welfare check, however, there was nothing to indicate that a welfare check was necessary. My client was subsequently arrested and charged with DUI. After filing a motion to suppress, the DA offered a Wet Reckless in exchange for us not running the motion. My client decided it was the safer bet and decided to take the offer.
