Biography
I am often called a Lawyer's' Lawyer, which means more than being go to counsel for lawyers in trouble or need of advice. It means that lawyers, who are the best judge of the quality of our work and our devotion to clients and, yes, winning, come to us and refer their own clients. I am first, last and always, a trial lawyer. I try business cases, professional liability cases, insurance cases. Uniquely, our firm represents both clients and lawyers in professional liability cases. At the end of the day, the quality of lawyer is measured not only in clients and victories, but in service to the profession and the community. I try to live by that measure.
